For quilt patterns and other downloadable items, delivery is instant via email after payment is completed. If you don’t see your download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

2. Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-made items or sale periods may require additional time.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Available in most countries and regions.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia for faster delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking details via email so you can follow your package.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, item weight, and method chosen during checkout. The minimum standard shipping rate is $6.99.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
