For quilt patterns and other downloadable items, delivery is instant via email after payment is completed. If you don’t see your download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

All physical orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-made items or sale periods may require additional time.
3. Shipping Methods

- Expedited Shipping: Available in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia for faster delivery.
