1. Digital Product Refunds

We offer refunds on downloadable products (like quilt patterns) under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues: The file is corrupted or won’t open despite following instructions.
  • Misrepresentation: The product received is significantly different from the description or preview.
  • Compatibility: The product does not work with the software or device as advertised.

2. Refund Request Window

Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the purchase date. After that, refunds may not be processed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email us with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)

We will review and respond to your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You changed your mind after download
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • The 30-day refund period has passed

5. Physical Product Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.
